The Role:

Working Monday - Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays.
You will be involved in managing a portfolio locally in the North East Suburbs. Your key responsibilities will include:

General portfolio management - 165 properties
Handling the repairs and maintenance for the portfolio
Arrears management
Building and maintaining relationships
In goings, outgoings and routine inspections
Liaising with landlords and tenants
