Job description: About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support the delivery and management of subcontractors and perform workforce planning duties to ensure all objectives and commercial deliverables for the Qenos Alliance across Botany and Altona.

What you’ll be doing
* Overseeing the commercial relationship with the Alliance subcontractors at Qenos Altona and Botany Industrial Park to ensure all contractual obligations are being met
* Work closely with Operation manager to support workforce planning and resourcing
* Monitor the Performance Management Framework and implement corrective actions as required to meet the obligations of the Alliance framework.
* Supporting our passion for Safety by driving excellent Risk and Safety Health Environmental Quality (SHEQ) results
Chair monthly Subcontractor Meetings and manage training compliance

About you
* Previously worked in a similar role in subcontractor management and resources planning
* Proven experience in the effective management of Subcontractors including KPI monitoring and compliance
* You consider yourself a people person, self-starter, and good time management skills
* Advanced interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
