About the role

As part of this role, you will be the face of American Express and allocated your own designated territory to call on existing Merchants, and with your excellent customer service skills, ensure that the American Express services, POS, signage, merchandise and message is being maximised across all Merchants. There will also be component of report preparation as part of this role.
