The Position

Skilled Medical has a career opportunity for a General Practitioner with skills in Obstetrics and/or Anaesthetics and Emergency Medicine to commence a permanent full-time position in south-west WA.

The position offers an excellent remuneration package $323,957 - $344,822 p.a. (inclusive of base salary, 9.5% superannuation and applicable allowances).

Health Service

This heath service has recently undergone a $50 million redevelopment which includes a new outpatient building, two birthing rooms with en-suites, inpatient ward, theatre, procedure room and sterilising department, and dental and chemotherapy services and kitchen.

Situated 2.5hr drive from Perth, with a population of approximately 4,000 people this town offers a mediterranean climate, picturesque gardens and pioneer architecture. This modern regional centre boasts significant public infrastructure – mainly in health and education and is ideal for doctors seeking a country lifestyle.

Essential Criteria

Doctors must hold fellowship with ACRRM or RACGP and preferably have post graduation qualifications and/ or recognised current clinical experience in Obstetrics (Diploma in Obstetrics or equivalent) and/ or Anaesthetics.
