We are currently seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join a lovely community based kinder in Romsey. This kinder is a 21 place 3-5 year old program, which is integrated into a long day care service. My client is seeking a passionate teacher who can be the lead and mentor educator within the service and provide a play based programs for the children. The centre believes children learn through play, and has an abundance of programs for you to deliver inspiring and engaging programs for the children.

The Role:
Ensure curriculum is being delivered at the highest standard
Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information
Facilitate a collaborative work environment
Create inspiring and interesting learning environments
Form meaningful partnerships with families to reach the best outcomes for each individual child

Requirements:
For this position, we are looking for:
A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent approved teaching qualificationsFirst aid training, including anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma Valid VIT Registration (Early Childhood)
Experience in planning and implementing the educational program which values holistic view of each child's development
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
Inspiring the programs in the Preschool room & supporting a team of educators.
