WOW Recruitment are looking for a Business Development Manager to join a disruptive and future-focused digital agency based in Brisbane or Gold Coast, starting ASAP.

Be supported by an established agency to be the first in growing and developing their footprint in Queensland!! Amazing opportunity to take ownership and grow within the business!


What you will do
   Initially working from home, you will be independent, reliable and pro-active in your approach. You will be an all-round sales superstar who can seamlessly define client objectives and provide strategies that will deliver them the highest return on their overall marketing investment. You will be able to open doors and naturally build long term relationships.

You will be:

Responsible for sales to new partners, hunting new opportunities and leveraging existing contacts to provide digital services (Area of sale is not restricted by location)
Prospecting and prequalification of potential new partner business
Identify growth opportunities for both the organisation and potential partners
Liaise with internal teams to ensure budgets and sales expectations are met and that projects are completed on or ahead of time
Manage and maintain in-house database and server
Help clients with Search Engine statistics, Google Analytics and other tools using any opportunity to upsell new tools and concepts.

What you will bring

3-5 years’ sales experience in the advertising / marketing industry
Sales experience within the hospitality/retail sector
High attention to detail, excellent work ethic and self-starter
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a chaotic environment
Good knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing
