This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher with Room Leader experience to oversee the Preschool Room within a brand new, forward thinking centre. As Preschool Room Leader you will work closely with an experienced Director and have the support from a knowledgeable and dedicated Operations Manager dedicated to professional development and high quality education.

Being a new centre you will be working within a beautiful purpose built service with ample state of the art facilities and resources, you will also have the opportunity to be an integral part of the centre from the beginning.

Your new role
You will use your knowledge and passion for the industry to create and lead an engaging Preschool program. You will work collaboratively with the rest of your team and have the support from an approachable and knowledgeable Centre Director and Operations manager.

You will be encouraged to bring out of the box ideas, to continue to learn and develop and lead a creative and enriched program. This centre is one of two sister centres which have opened earlier this year, with further centres opening at the start of 2021. You will have the exciting opportunity to be an integral part in the company's initial team, with future opportunities to progress.

What you'll need to succeed

ECT or Diploma
Excellent knowledge of the NQS, EYLF and regulations
Room Leader experience
Desire to continue to develop professionally
To be a real advocate for the childcare industry
