A fast based and collaborative finance team. Looking for a real team player who is excited to get stuck in to this newly created AP position. You will have a minimum of one years experience going above and beyond in an end to end AP role.

Description

Responsible for end to end accounts payable you will:

Manage the AP inbox

Verify and create new vendors

Process all invoices and arrange weekly payment runs

Improve the AP efficiency were relevant

Process and reconcile all corporate credit card expenses

Complete general ledger reconciliations

Assist with other daily administrative activities in the accounts department

Profile

Will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in AP

Be experienced in processing end to end AP including the final pay run

Be confident in reconciliations

You will be a commercially savvy team player who is open minded and willing to learn

You will have a strong technical aptitude with intermediate excel skills

Have exceptional written and spoken English
