Currently, the People & Culture team require a Remuneration Analyst to work in a maternity leave replacement, which is an initial 12 month fixed term. There is a strong chance of extension or permanency.

You will be pivotal to ensuring the Reward & Performance initiatives are delivered, providing quality advice along the way, while working autonomously on a range of programs, directly reporting to the Reward Manager. You will be responsible for all general reward activities, such as annual review, as well as working on HR reporting, such as reward & performance data collation, data analysis and calculations, generating reports and documentation for the broader HR team and business.

More specifically, you will:

Being part of the remuneration review process;
Collating remuneration and performance data and analysing data in line with the team and business requirements;
Completing calculations and analyses in line with standard remuneration and performance processes (e.g incentive calculations, remuneration reviews, etc.);
Job evaluations;
Data analysis and reporting, such as reviewing market data, collation and submission of data to data houses.

To be successful in this role you will have exposure to remuneration and benefits, and have a passion for analysing and interpreting data, coupled with an eye for detail and accuracy. You will ideally have tertiary qualifications in related discipline. Strong systems experience, and intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel.
