Experienced Mechanical Draftsperson required.
Revit, Inventor 3D, Autodesk Vault, 2D AutoCAD,

The Role:

Is best suited to an experienced Drafter who has been working in a similar industry. Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience with strong proficiency in Inventor 3D, this role is essential to the Engineering and design team.

2d AutoCAD and Autodesk Vault experience a plus
Role incorporates plant design, structural, mechanical and pipe modelling and detail drafting
Drafting qualifications in 3D or 2D, certificate/diploma in engineering a plus
Permanent resident status or higher only

Day to day duties

Use Revit, Inventor and AutoCAD to produce models and drawings, supporting the engineering design team.
- Ensure that designs and drawings are prepared within budgeted hours and timeframes,

Liaise with external fabricators and other stakeholders to assist with the correct interpretation and revision of drawings.

Provide assistance to Project and Sales Engineers in the preparation of other documentation as may be required from time to time

Experience.

3 + years' experience in Drafting using Revit, Inventor and AutoCAD and design experience in a project environment

Competent level with Microsoft office suite and Outlook
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
An understanding of basic design, safety in design and value engineering principles
An understanding of drafting standards
A high standard of attention to
A willingness to learn, understand and apply new technologies
Strong written and oral communication skills
