Currently, they are looking to appoint an energetic and self-motivated Client Service Coordinator to their team.

In this busy and challenging role, your duties will include:

Sourcing and inducting new technicians
Planning and scheduling of all task requests
Providing an excellent customer experience to clients and contractors at all times
Collaborating with team members to ensure all assigned work is completed within the specified time frames
Ensure all customer and contractor enquiries and disputes are dealt with professionally within 24hrs
Continual communication in reply and updating of tasks to the clients via an in-house management system and/or client portal\
