Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Administrative Assistant - Sport to join their awesome team located in the Coorparooarea. This position is offered on a Part-Time basis to the most suitable candidate.

The role of Administrative Assistant - Sport provides support to the Program Leader - Sport. It requires a combination of office-based administration as well as event and field-based activities associated with the delivery of the Sports program.

Duties Include

Provide Admin support to the Program Leader – Sport
Prepare items for school publications
Maintain the TASS database in relation to student’s sport and sport related activities
Arrange transport for student’s venues are organized
Assist the Program Leader – Sport with documentation required of coaches and contrators
Liaise with the Sport Support Group

The Successful Candidate

A valid Queensland Working with Check, check Positive Paid Employee Notice
A current first aid certificate
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise
Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with information of a sensitive nature
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite
High attention to detail
Ability to work to a varying schedule
