The Provider
Our client is leading not-for-profit organisation that has provided care to the community for over 60 years.

The Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a 30 bedded unit. This position will be responsible for coordinating all clinical and personal care services for all residents and managing staff within the unit to achieve the best residential outcomes.

The Candidate

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 years relevant experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to engage and motivate staff and promote a positive work environment
Commitment and passion for the principles of a person-centred approach to care.
