ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a true professional, all intervention implemented will be evidence based with tried and proven results. With the patient and their well being at the forefront of your thinking, you will:

Provide high quality clinical services including assessment; referral; and evidence based individual, couple and family counselling
Deliver complex case management services
Liaise and form partnerships with key external stakeholders
Promote community development and services
Transform the lives of ADF members, Veterans and their families

ABOUT YOU:

Qualified Psychologist with AHPRA Registration OR Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with full Australian AASW registration (AMHSW)
Extensive experience within the clinical case management space (2 + years)
Defence and Veterans Affairs knowledge (distinct advantage)
