Senior Analyst - End User Services

The Opportunity

As the End User Analyst, you will be responsible for the delivery of key IT service by providing assistance & support to our employees both in-office and remotely.

This business is dynamic, fast paced, and agile - you will be empowered to own your Service Delivery responsibilities and to deliver them across the business.

The Role:

End User Computing - Patching, maintaining SOE, building environment for business and acting as escalation point from Desktop team when required.
Mobile Telephony - Managed mobile services and facilitating projects and migrations to new providers.
Procurement - General purchasing and receipting duties.
Office 365 - Manage all O365 components in EUC space (Teams, Exchange, Sharepoint, all desktop apps).
SCCM/InTune - Manage and helped develop environment, package applications.
Active Directory - Manage and create group policies, configure environments.
