The Role:
Like any Assistant Store Manager role, you will be responsible for the implementation of the company strategy and the performance of their location in Swan Hill alongside the Store Manager. You will be ready to get hands-on with your team of Retail Assistants to get the job done.

Some key responsibilities you can expect:

Financial performance of sales, inventory management & store standards
Coaching & mentoring a team of 15 casual, part-time & full-time staff
Ensuring compliance with Human Resources & Health & Safety Legislation
Recruitment & professional development of employees
Ensuring consistency across merchandising & store display
Maintenance of inventory including the execution of stock take
Communication with key stakeholders in the Support Office
About you:

You will have a minimum 1 year + in an Assistant Store Managers position
Dealt with high stock volumes & prepared to get hands dirty
Attention to detail & outside of the box thinker
You will need to be incredibly self-motivated
