This position will be reporting to the General Manager Ecommerce. You will be accountable for leading and driving inspiring customer experience across all digital touchpoints using content to enhance the OMNI customer journey. You will create and manage the online style guide to support the brand tone and voice and over-arching marketing brand strategy in line with the rebel marketing calendar. As part of this role you will be leading and developing a small team of creative graphic designers.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

Highly developed influencing, and relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Experience working with and collaborating with a variety of different teams
Extensive experience writing and designing content for the web based on a predefined content strategy
Previous experience creating and managing an online style guide
Proven experience in implementing digitally led marketing strategies to cohesively drive content across all marketing channels
A strong background in google analytics and search engine optimisation
Experience managing small teams
Previous experience working in a retail team in an agile environment desired
