My client is a leading well-known government organisation who are dedicated to ensuring a 'customer centric' approach. They have gone through major transformation, making this an exciting time to be on the journey.

The Role

The Customer Research & Analyst Specialist will enable and support the Customer insights team, to provide key insights that drive improved business decision making. You will provide high level reporting and champion the voice of the customer through the intelligence portal across the business. You will partner and manage external research suppliers on various customer experience programs and tracking projects.

Responsibilities:

Manage the internal customer intelligence portal, including updating content, publication of Customer teams deliverables and actionable customer insights across the business
Analyse qualitative and quantitative data from customer feedback to understand needs, expectations, drivers of satisfaction & dissatisfaction amongst our serviced communities.
Identify actionable insights from Voice of customer, Brand & Advocacy tracking programmes, incorporating these findings into business planning,
Lead ad hoc customer research projects which include procurement, survey design, reporting and presenting results
Assist with set up and management of Customer Panel
Manage key internal stakeholders, assist with their research needs and share customer insights and use these to influence the right outcomes for customers.
Manage external research agencies and ensure all governance and processes are accurate
Manage all procurement & payment processes for the research team.

You will have:

Circa 4-5+ years' experience from a Market Research Analyst background, with a passion for Customer experience
Experience in various quantitative research techniques
Strong interpersonal and engagement skills, ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders, persistence to collect information needed
Highly analytical and enjoys the numbers side, ability to generate insights from research data
Strong experience in Excel, Sharepoint, and Powerpoint
Strategic mindset and ability to align research outcomes with business strategy
Results driven and ability to interact with key stakeholders
Tertiary qualifications in Market research, Marketing, behavioural research, Communication or Business desirable

This position would suit someone who enjoys analysis of Customer Data and has excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
