This is an exciting temporary position working for a global business based in Lane Cove. It is temporary for 3 months but is likely to become permanent for the right candidate, therefore only candidates with full working rights are encouraged to apply.

This is a fast-paced role that will suit somebody that is comfortable being hands on and on their feet throughout a lot of the day. My client is looking for someone with prior experience in facilities coordination/administration who is a real problem solver and can use their initiative daily.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing admin support to various departments in the business
Managing facilities maintenance and repairs
Organising office supplies
Processing mail and arranging for equipment repair
Ad hoc Reception cover
Coordinating workplace health and safety
Onboarding new starters
Assisting with organising company social events
Liaising with contractors to organise catering, travel, and maintenance

Key Skills/Experience Required:

Experience in Facilities Coordination/Admin
Confident using all Microsoft office packages
Experience in Health and Safety procedures
Strong problem-solving skills
Proactive, self-starter attitude
Excellent communication skills
Must be Immediately available and have full working rights
Driving licence essential as the use of the company car may be required on an ad hoc basis for some tasks.
Able to travel to and work in Lane Cove for the long term.
