Boilermakers / Vehicle Body Builders

Our client is rapidly expanding and is currently seeking several experienced and high performing Boilermakers / Vehicle Body Builders to join their team.

To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:

Must be trade qualified in Fabrication (Heavy) or in Vehicle Body Building
At least three years' Boiler Maker / Vehicle Body Builder
Have working experience with road transport (fabrication, repair, maintenance)
Must be able to work to engineering drawings, and understand verbal instructions as required.
Have welding techniques, MIG and FCAW
Be able to examine welds for size, penetration, and defects
Diagnose and repair damage as part of the maintenance and service of heavy vehicles
Must have a Forklift Licence
Confined Space, Elevated Work Platform, Working at Heights licences are highly regarded
Good communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work to tight schedules
Commitment to Safety and adhering to company policies and procedures
Have a driver's license and a car to travel to work

Willingness to be diverse
2 X valid references
Ability to Pass and Drug and Alcohol
Ability to Pass a Pre-Employment Medical
Have working right in Australia

We offer:

Dayshift rate: $ 40.25 per hour + penalty + super, Nightshift rate: $46.28 + penalty + super
10 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Temp to Perm role
Location: Forrestfield
