About the role
This role will see you working closely with a variety of customers across multiple brands to achieve high customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for:

Liaising with customers and building strong relationships
Interpreting mechanical/technical issues over the phone
Working with Technicians & the service department
Creating RO's & Quotes
Processing Warranty Claims with the respective OEMs

Ideally, you will have:

Strong mechanical aptitude OR previous mechanical experience
Previous experience in a similar role in a dealership environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Vision to make this a long-term appointment

You will receive ongoing training and development and have the opportunity to work with major brands in the truck industry.
Applications from candidates from dealership backgrounds outside of the truck industry are highly encouraged.
On offer is an attractive salary comprising of a base retainer of $65,000 plus incentives.
