This Strata Company is well known in the industry and in the area and would like to take on a Senior Strata Manager to their professional and successful team in the Wollongong area. With a dedicated training manager to provide the induction and ongoing training, this company has been well known to accelerate the careers, earning potential and professionalism of the managers who work there – with many remaining with the business 8+ years (and beyond)

Day to Day Duties:

Day to day management of the portfolio
Arranging work orders and quotes
Chairing Committee and Annual meetings
Following up on tasks and enforcing By-Laws
General administration

The Applicant:

Strata Management experience
Strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities
A Strata Certificate or License
Have the ability to work autonomously
