Your key responsibilitiesSenior Consultants in our Reward team will:

Work closely with teams andclients to analyse and resolve complex people issues; design and implementinnovative reward, recognition and performance approaches; and co-ordinate andproject manage these projects locally or across APAC
Prepare and delivercomprehensive and pragmatic advice which details remuneration and reward designalternatives, quantify benefits, costs and risks, and outline implementationplans, enablers and barriers
Work closely within a highlytalented, genuinely collaborative multi-disciplinary People Advisory Servicesteam to deliver integrated solutions that align to our client’s business andpeople strategies, optimise workforce productivity, are tax-effective, andcompliant with local and global regulations

Skills andattributes for success

We are interestedin learning more about you if you have experience in:

Exhibit a problem-solving mindset, able to translate client needs into practical and implementable rewardstrategies
Thrive in an ever-changingclient landscape, anticipating and reacting to client needs and challenges,while remaining resilient and focussed
Work effectively with diverseEY and client teams, both on client site for extended periods or in our EYoffice working across a variety of client projects on a day to day basis
Display relationshipmanagement skills, with the ability to build and develop relationships withboth external and internal contacts

Ideally, you’llalso have

Experiencein human resource, remuneration and reward, recognition, performancemanagement, business analysis and/or consulting experience is highly desirable
Strongquantitative and qualitative skills supported by strong Excel and/or dataanalytics capabilities, with an eye for detail and commitment to quality,teaming and developing others
