The Position

In the role of Sales & Marketing Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

Coordinate property marketing and liaise with external suppliers
Liaise with buyers, vendors and solicitors throughout the sales process
All sales administration from listing to settlement including the preparation of sales advices, etc.
Manage the exchange to settlement process
Maintain and update records in the database
Preparing appraisal packs
Scheduling open homes

The Person

The successful candidate for the role of Sales & Marketing Coordinator will have:

Previous real estate experience in an administration/sales support role
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Knowledge of AgentBox highly advantageous
Must be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
First class customer service skills and exemplary written and verbal communication
Ability to operate at an extremely fast pace and handle a high-volume workload
You will be a true support person who thrives behind the scenes and wants to make this function your own long-term
Immaculate personal presentation and a professional demeanour is a must
