About the role:
Want to help your community impacted by COVID-19? The Energy Social Programs help those having difficulty paying household energy bills.

This is an incredibly diverse role providing professional project support with a focus on process improvement, governance and compliance for the Energy Social Programs, including the Energy Accounts Payments Assistance (EAPA) Scheme.

You will provide consultation and ongoing communication with energy retailers, third-party providers and government agencies, writing briefs and correspondence, covering legislation and compliance. You will also support system upgrades, training and development for providers, investigations and process improvements. The role requires preparation of high quality, accurate and timely data analysis and reporting, as well as conducting audits and supporting procurement processes.

Essential Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience planning, implementing and managing multiple projects to achieve priority objectives whilst meeting strict deadlines.
Proven ability in influencing stakeholders to take action and deliver agreed outcomes.

The Planning, Industry and Environment Cluster brings together the functions from the former Planning & Environment and Industry Clusters.

The new Cluster will drive for greater levels of integration and efficiency across key areas such as long term planning, precincts, housing, property, infrastructure priorities, open space, the environment, our natural resources – land, water, mining – energy, and growing our industries. In particular, there will be a redoubling of emphasis on regional NSW.
