About you
You are a switched on experienced administrator that has experience in shipping. You take pride in your accuracy and ability to prioritise and enjoy working autonomously and being accountable on a number of tasks.

About the Role
The successful administrator will be working for a national organisation based in Australia that imports and exports environmentally sustainable speciality timbers worldwide.

What you will be doing
• Assist the manager and purchasing officers to place orders on suppliers
• Coordinate and schedule import, exports and shipping
• Collates documentation
• Liaise with customers and internal/external stakeholders
• Assists with accounts payable/receivable inc Invoicing and raising credit notes
• Ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed
• Other administration

Skills & Experience
Essential:
• Previous administration and shipping experience
• Highly developed communication skills
• Organisational and time management skills
• Advanced Microsoft computer skills
• Strong customer and supplier focus
• Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy work environment
