Administration & accounts support
VCAT preparation & attendance
Managing maintenance
Following up rent arrears
Communication with Landlords & Tenants
Liaising with tenants and landlords, conducting repairs and maintenance, Rental arrears management, Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend VCAT hearings when required
SATURDAYS ALL ROTATIONAL

The Candidate:

A current Agents representative Certificate & previous Property Management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
The desire to learn and success
Extremely organised!
The ability to work proactively and independently
A valid driver's license and reliable car
Strong communication skills
