THIS ROLE WILL BE WEARING A FEW HATS IN THE BRISBANE BRANCH AS YOU WILL BE DOING ADMINISTRATION, CUSTOMER SERVICE, CLIENT FOLLOW UP, DATA ENTRY ETC.

They service all major industries such as Sugar, Logistics, Grain and Mineral Processing. The culture is very positive, enthusiastic and management run a very flat line structure and everyone pitches in to support each other.

POSITION

This position has become available due to growth as you will be an important member of this Brisbane team, providing support to the Operations Managers, Technicians and Sales team. Other duties of the role are outlined below:

Customer service and positive phone mannerisms
20 - 25 hours per week & will move to full time
Following up on clients for post-sales support
Being attentive and welcoming for any clients or customers entering the office

PERSON

You will be very well suited to this position if you have had 2 – 3 years’ experience working in a similar all-round administration role whereby you’ve got a bubbly personality and able to professionally welcome clients and customers when they arrive. The culture in the office is very team orientated so being able to enjoy working in a team is important to company culture.

2 – 3 years’ experience in an all-round administration
No industry experience is required although it is seen as a bonus
Experience using all relative software programs such as SAP & MS Office is ideal.
