The Role:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of your business, manage your stock and develop your team to allow you to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Lead, inspire and develop a new team
Create and maintain a great store culture around customer engagement
Solution focused and autonomous role
Strong team player with a can do approach
Understand the local market and grow the brand
Full accountability of store standards, team development and results

To be successful in this role you will be required to do a full police check to obtain your Approved Managers Card to allow you to work in the liquor industry.
