Our key client, a major food manufacturer located in Minto are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join their growing team working on a production line.

Experience in the food industry is a must, as you will be required to oversee and carry out reporting of the day to day duties.

This position is a permanent position on night shift with an immediate start.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

Previous experience working in a fast-paced production environment
Previous baking experience is essential
Must be able to oversee and troubleshoot
Must be physically fit and able to complete heavy duties
Baking experience preferred but not essential
Excellent verbal and written communication as you
Good understanding of HACCP would be advantageous
Available and willing to commit to night shift

Duties include but are not limited to:

Reporting to supervisors and managers
Overseeing the duties of the production line
Reporting
Mixing of ingredients
Operation of processing equipment
Operation of high-speed packaging equipment
Fault finding and equipment diagnosis
Monitoring product quality and documenting quality checks
Disassembly, cleaning and re-assembly of equipment
Maintaining cleanliness of work area
