We're DMG Enterprises.

You've probably never heard of us before. Well not yet anyway..

You could call us the new kids on the block! We only opened our doors in February of last year! After a fantastic first 12 months in business a global pandemic is not ideal for a new business but hey, we're not complaining. "Tough times, don't define you, they refine you" we reckon.

We're not here to brag but after a couple of lockdowns and re-launches, we're going alright. We've been able to pivot our business where others have had to unfortunately shut down.

We have a pretty fun, tight-knit team. Its small. But they tell us it’s not the size of the team, it’s what you do with it!

Most importantly, our not-for-profit and community based clients are pretty chuffed with the job we've done so far! They're that keen on us they're asking us to do more in the remainder of 2020 and into 2021!

It’s a good problem to have, but we probably have more work on than our little team can handle right now.

That's where you come in!

We heard that you've worked in the retail sector before and you might be looking for a change. You like interacting with customers; you're a people person!

You can get the job done, work towards a deadline or target in a fast-paced environment. In saying that, you don't take yourself too seriously and you like to have a laugh while you work.

While there's probably a few things you love about the retail industry, there's probably a few things you're not so pumped on. If you've thought about trying something new, like Promotions or Sales, what better time to do it?

This is getting serious...

We're looking for a couple of fresh faces to work closely with our Managing Director Dylan over the next month. His jokes are terrible, but we think he's a good bloke!

We are looking for people to join our team on a casual basis. You'll have access to paid product training, coaching workshops and a personal mentor. With sales assignments at retail promotions and pop-up retail kiosks available up to 6 days a week you can fill your boots and work as many days you can handle, ‘the more the merrier’ they say. This gives you the best possible opportunity to maximize both your earnings through your hourly rate + daily bonuses & your growth through our Career Navigation Pathway, we call “The Journey”.

You don't need to be a Marketing or Sales expert, but you'll need to be willing to step outside your comfort zone. If you've got a bit of personality and you're keen to learn you might be just who we're after…
