The Nature of the Role:

You'll be responsible for managing a broad stakeholder group across a complex P2P process to ensure life runs as smooth as possible. Example responsibilities:

Problem solving and analysis of vendor and internal stakeholder queries in line with AP KPI standards.
Pro-actively working with business stakeholders to not just resolve invoicing issues but work to prevent future occurrences.
Manage recs for various vendor groups and resolving outstanding items.
Supporting the team to problem solve and suggest innovative ways to improve current processes.

Background you Need:

AP experience in a complex P2P environment. Typically found in much larger complex businesses and working with an ERP like Oracle or SAP.

Stakeholder management - being organised and disciplined in resolving queries and educating process owners with the goal of improvement.
