The Position:
Seeking a Care Manager to oversee that high quality clinical care is provided to all residents at this 90 bed Aged Care Facility West of Sydney. You will share your clinical knowledge with the team and ensure fluid communication between shifts. Together with the support of the organisation's ACFI Coordinator, you will be responsible for ACFI on site. You will work under the guidance of an experienced Facility Manager, and access additional Quality/Education support from Head Office as required.

Key Information:

Salary: $105,000 + superannuation.
Full-time permanent Monday-Friday position.
Weekend on call on a fortnightly basis.
Structure: Facility Manager > Care Manager > RNs.
Stunning location at the base of the Blue Mountains. A bright single level facility.
The home passed accreditation last year.
A medium sized Aged Care Provider with decades of experience.

Requirements:

AHPRA Registered Nurse.
Demonstrated experience working as a Care Manager in Residential Aged Care.
Solid knowledge and experience working under the new standards and awareness of accreditation processes.
Skills and experience in ACFI processes.
