As Restaurant Manager you will oversee all operations and direction of the new space working closely with the General Manager. No expense has been spared on this new venue that has the whole of the industry talking!

We are seeking a dynamic hospitality professional to take charge of the restaurant space managing, service and staff training to ensure the venue continues to drive sales of their delicious food and beverage offering. As Restaurant Manager you will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership to design every aspect of the offering in this beautiful new venue. Whether it be classics or contemporary cocktails, craft beers or vino, you will need to have a passion and love for all things food and beverage!

If you have experience as a Restaurant Manager and would like a chance to push yourself in a bustling hot-spot, this role will provide a chance to join a growing group with big plans for the near future!
