Our client founded this international company in 2005 in Taiwan. Since then they have continued to expand across Asia, Australia and New Zealand. It was the founders vision to brew nothing but the very best iced teas using quality ingredients with a flare for innovative flavour combinations they now have 120 T-Breweries and many different flavours. Our client is today the fastest growing iced tea franchise in Australia.

Due to continuing growth, they are in need of another Franchising and Leasing Co-ordinator to ensures effective on-boarding of new franchisees by ensuring they follow the franchise on-boarding process, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. You will be required to maintain all relevant records including franchise and lease document records and ensures all renewal dates are met.

This role will see you liaising with and co-ordinating

Prospective and New Franchise Partners
Franchise Development Department
National Franchise Operations Manager
Finance Manager
External Lawyers
Key Franchise Recruitment Advertising Partners

Duties will include:-

Ensure all franchisees follow the correct recruitment, documentation and on-boarding process.
Recommend changes to process as required, and ensure complies with regulatory requirements including the Franchise Code of Conduct.
Update Disclosure Documents and other documents as required.
Ensure all other departments are aware of new franchisees as required.
Organise for all relevant franchise documentation to be executed.
Ensure all pre-lease requirements are met, including provision of insurance documentation, etc
Organise for leases to be reviewed by external counsel and signed as required.
Ensure all lease contributions are claimed and finalised.
Track and ensure all franchise and lease anniversary dates are met.
Process Franchise and Lease renewals as required.
Manage Franchise Advertisements are refresh directory and other advertisements, daily/weekly or as required.
Ensure all leads are entered into the Franchise recruitment database
Liaise with marketing on updating of Franchise Recruitment website, and management of digital marketing channels
Keep relevant databases up to date
Any other ad-hoc duties

This role will suit candidates who has/is:-

Strong Organisational Skills
Advanced MS Office or similar
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi task effectively
Self-starter with high attention to detail, strong problem solving skills and the ability to use own initiative is essential.
Working in a highly confidential environment you will have the ability to multi-task, influence, engage and manage stakeholder relationships to achieve business outcomes.

If you have an understanding of Franchise Code of Conduct, Commercial Leasing and the Retail Leasing Act we would like to hear from you. Ideally you will have 5+ years as a Assistant in a fast paced environment.
