To provide warm, genuine care for customers to identify needs, offer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
To create energy and excitement for customers around Oscar Wylee products
To support and assist team members as one big family every day
To drive brand awareness by building customer relationships and establishing community

You Will Have:

Experience in a fast-paced optical retail working environment a must
Experience in Optical retail & dispensing essential
Cert IV Highly regarded
Clear communication skill and excellent listening skills
Highly motivated, positive and friendly characteristics
Strong people skills - you’re approachable and empathetic
A passion for delivering excellent customer service in every interaction
