Sales and Marketing Manager Position: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 per annum + car package

JJ Wine Merchants Pty Ltd T/A World Wine Estates is offering an exciting full-time position as Regional QLD and NSW Sales and Marketing Manager.

The duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Directing business growth in the market throughout-quality sales and distribution of World Wine Estates benchmark and prestige producers.
Managing sales target and strategy by maximising the organisation’s sales. Developing and executing creative selling concepts to drive incremental sales and new product placement.
Ensuring customer’s loyalty by providing a high level of customer service including presentations, consumer tastings, staff trainings and managing customer administrative tasks such as placing orders, following up orders, solving problems and tracking credits in order to ensure satisfaction.
Building and maintaining World Wine Estates’s image and reputation with customers through the organisation of multiple promotional events such as wine tastings and trainings for customers. As well as masterclasses with producers and wine dinners in order to create and reinforce World Wine Estates image and loyalty.
Organise trade wine tasting bi-yearly to promote World Wine Estates portfolio to a wide target market.
Reporting sales analysis and market conditions (Client’s needs and competitor activities) directly to the CEO/Owner including business expense records.
Ad hoc duties as required
