POSITION

A Branch Manager position has now become available for the company's East Melbourne branch.

You will be taking over the full East & South East Melbourne territory with unlimited access to all available contacts within the Mining & Industrial Industry as well as account management within established retailers.

Representing the full suite of aftermarket solutions
Manage accounts and hunt for opportunities in the above-mentioned target markets with existing retailer channels
Growing existing accounts & bringing new ones on-board across the VIC region
Identify & overcome any weaknesses within the branch's operations, sales performance or market penetration
Staff leadership within sales & operations
Monthly & quarterly pipeline sales cycles
Working within a dedicated team

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:

Proven track record of both sales & staff leadership within the Aftermarket or Industrial Product Industry
Ability to work engage key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner
High presentation, attention to detail, well-spoken and sales hunter mentality as well as leadership qualities
