About you

We are inviting applications for a motivated and enthusiastic Employee Experience and Systems Manager to join the People and Culture team.

The primary role of the Employee Experience and Systems Manager is to lead the workforce reporting, payroll, establishment and system reporting functions for the organisation. This position will also lead a professional recruitment team and integrate with all of People and Culture to identify opportunities for improvement, maximise the benefits of new and established systems and build the capability of team members.

Your demonstrated success in leading a HR systems environment or operating as a workforce planning specialist or a remuneration and benefits leader will be highly regarded. This will be supported by positive interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.

Significant experience and or tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management will be highly regarded for successful applicants as will knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge of SAP Success Factors/Oracle or other operating systems in a complex work environment.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $107,774 to $121,607 per annum, plus employer superannuation contribution up to 12%. Council is a flexible employer and we are committed to inclusion and diversity in the workforce.
