Are you interested in a role in Sustainability Reporting and have excellent financial and data analysis skills?

The organisation is an international insurer and reinsurer offering a diverse portfolio of products, as well as risk management solutions.

If you don’t have direct experience from Sustainability reporting we are asking for a keen interest in Sustainability coupled with the skills around a data analysis mindset.

The Performance Reporting Lead role is largely focused on metrics and analysing large amounts of data to derive performance metrics.

Responsible for managing end-to-end reporting of the Group sustainability performance, particularly responsible for maintaining the sustainability management system and report on the consolidated Group operational environmental performance.

Work closely with divisional operational, Environmental team and Group Sustainability team to ensure accurate quarterly reporting of the Group operational environmental performance.
Analyse and prepare insightful quarterly environmental performance pack for senior management.
Responsible for developing and expanding Scope 3 emissions reporting
Complete the required ESG surveys related to environmental performance (e.g. CDP, DJSI etc).
Facilitate the annual external audit of sustainability data

In order to be successful we are looking for the following skills, education and experience in the applicant:

Some exposure to sustainability reporting from any environment and an interest and passion for this space.
At least 3-4 years experience in Audit or Data analysis role
Accounting background - degree or fully qualified accountant
Strong data analysis skill and mindset – advanced Excel is essential
Outstanding communication skills, can liaise with senior leaders
Must possess good attitude at work, be a self starter and be proactive in engaging with the business
