Labourpower Trade are seeking an experienced Service Technicians, for our client in Keilor Park.

They are market leader in the manufacturing of power tool products for the Building & Construction, Power Garden & Commercial Cleaning industries.

Responsibilities include:

Booking tools into our job system
Picking of spares for repairs
Calling stores when repairs are completed or for repair quotes
Cleaning / preparing parts for tool assembly
Assisting in reworking of tools to reduce impact on service staff numbers
Dispatch of repaired tools
Serving counter customers
Taking all calls relating to tools in service for repair
Restocking of spares in the service centre
Coordinating completion of stock returns with relevant departments
Bringing spares / tools needed for inspection into service for technicians to check
Calling back service agents on tech inquiries
There will also be component of warranty claim entry / checking

To secure this role, you will need to demonstrate:

Experience gained from working in a similar environment
Excellent customer service skills with an ability to empathise and prioritise customer needs
Experience working with and supporting customers to meet or exceed their expectations
Organisational ability coupled with exceptional communication skills
Superior administrative and computer skills e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Flexibility and adaptability to change
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
