What you'll be doing

The Executive Assistant provides high level organisational support and administrative support to the Clinical Director, Director of Training and Medical Imaging Staff Specialists.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
Experience in managing diaries, scheduling meetings including use of Skype, agenda preparation and minute taking.
Excellent organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise competing demands effectively with a strong eye for detail.
Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills, well developed team work skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Capacity to work confidently and independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Considerable senior secretarial experience with demonstrated high level of competency, accountability and responsibility.
Demonstrated advanced computer skills and experience in working with Microsoft Office, email and internet
