Period of Appointment

Fixed term, full time until 18 June 2021

Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.

Duties

Responsible for the daily processing and reconciliation of transactions including the management, collection and receipting of financial penalties.
Attend to telephone and counter enquiries and provide accurate advice to a broad range of clients.
Support the Senior Accounts Officer in undertaking routine reconciliations of financial ledgers.
Assist with the implementation, development and enhancement of Division initiatives.
As directed provide administrative assistance to all areas of the Division.
