The role:

Cater Care Retail seeks an energetic and enthusiastic hospitality professional to join multiple outlets as a Food & Beverage Attendant / Barista / Cook at Rockhampton Airport.

What this role involves:

The provision of fast, friendly service (with a smile)
Customer service - taking orders and operating a cash register
High Volume Coffee Making
Preparation and service of hot & cold beverages and food items
Setting and cleaning up coffee machine
Maintain a clean work area, dining area, equipment and utensils
Adhere to legislated food hygiene and safety practices
Assisting the broader team as required

What we require from you:

Experience in high volume, quick-service restaurants
Current RSA certificate (mandatory)
Cash handling and use of integrated EFT and POS units
Food service - FWHP or FSS certification
Qualified Barista with Latte art skills (highly regarded) minimum 12 months experience
The ability to stay calm under pressure
Confident and pleasant manner (a genuine SMILE)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Excellent verbal communication and a passion for customer service
Pride in personal appearance and hygiene
Punctuality & reliability are essential
You must have your own reliable transport
