The Role

The PTA requires a senior leader to prepare the organisation for the substantial growth in the network. The role will include preparing for and managing the changes to the infrastructure and working with others to alter the asset management strategies ready for the growth in the assets being managed.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrated capability managing in a fast-paced complex environment with both projects and day-to-day operational requirements. The successful applicant will also have a detailed understanding of rail infrastructure asset management and experience managing change with varied stakeholders.
