About the role

The Senior Management Accountant is responsible for analysing the financial performance and position of CSV, business case development & assessment and development of the published budget.

About you

Thorough understanding of: public sector accrual capital budgeting; performance measurement and reporting; capital costing and asset investment analysis; and, the provisions of the Finance Management Act 1994 and associated policies, practices and procedures
Proven experience in delivering effective balance sheet budget development and asset financial management advice within the State's financial system
Proven experience in the preparation or independent review of business cases/resourcing submissions for government deliberation
Competent user of relevant financial systems (e.g. Oracle Financials, Axiom, Business Intelligence, SRIMS, etc.).
