Our client in the Western Suburbs is in need of experienced Machine Operators willing to work on 12-hour rotating shifts, Mondays to Thursdays.

Our client remains the Australasian market leader in vinyl compound, renowned for delivering superior value and innovative compound solutions that meet the specific needs of their customers and facilitating existing PVC markets requirements. In order to maintain high level of productivity, our client is seeking Machine Operators to work with compounding machines and high-speed mixers.

Responsibilities:

Operation of machines and troubleshooting when necessary
Ability to perform quality control and follow standard operating procedures (SOP)
Blending chemicals to create the raw material for PVC products
Updating the system for manufacturing output
General cleaning and machine maintenance
Performing mixing and blending based on provided documentation
Adherence to occupational health and safety requirements

Job Requirements:

Vibrant and energetic work ethics
Forklift license/ experience is an advantage.
Car and driver's license is an advantage.
Physically fit - can lift up to 25kgs
Use of PPE
Good communication skills
Fast-learner
Ability to adapt to any type of working environment
Punctuality, reliability, and honesty is must
