Your new role
- Understand administrative processes to be able to provide support for the office
- Organising travel and accommodation for APS Employees
- Reconciliation of travel related expenses
- Account processing and reconciliation of accounts
- Flexibility due to to Adhoc tasks

What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a role with similar tasks and/or knowledge surrounding the requirements of the tasks listed are essential.
- This role is for an individual who thrives in a busy working environment. You will need to be enthusiastic, professional and work efficiently under pressure.
- Communication skills as you are working in a team environment
- Attention to quality and detail
