The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will be an ambitious leader that will work with and support the Manager to achieve personal and store targets and KPI's. You will have a love for mentoring, and will share your skills and expertise with the team to lead them to success.

You will need to have the ability to:

- Supervise, inspire and lead a high performing tea
- Work with the Store Manager to drive the team to achieve sales targets and KPI's
- Provide meaningful and memorable service to all customers
- Coach, train and provide feedback to your team
- Manage and merchandise stock
- Come to work with immaculate personal presentation
