We are currently seeking a senior credit controller for a dynamic temp position located in Banksmeadow. You will be supporting with the coordination of revenue recovery for our Express Parcels division. The position requires clear communication skills and the confidence to liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders daily. A strong technical background is also required, as the role will involve financial data analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Following up on short and long term outstanding debts with customers.
Coordination of internal stakeholders to support with the revenue recovery process.
Recognising and reducing revenue leakage in current processes.
Data analysis - you will be required to pull together financial data from sources such as back office and the customer.
Root cause analysis related to collections and accounts receivable processes.
Investigation of data discrepancies.

In order to succeed in this role, it is expected that you will have:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
Ability to review reports and data with stakeholders.
Analytical ability to organise, manipulate and interpret data from various sources.
High degree of accuracy with attention to details.
Advanced Excel skills.
Oracle experience.
Transport and logistics experience highly desirable.
